1. About Forge

Forge provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making. Forge does not provide financial, legal, accounting, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract under New Zealand law to use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• misuse or interfere with the platform
• attempt to gain unauthorised access
• reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable laws
• upload unlawful or harmful content

4. Accounts and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• all activity that occurs under your account
• ensuring information you provide is accurate and lawful

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Nature of Information Provided

Forge provides informational and analytical tools only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Forge does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice
• outputs, insights, forecasts, or suggestions are informational only
• you remain solely responsible for all business decisions
• you should seek professional advice where appropriate

6. Fees and Payments

If paid plans are offered:

• pricing will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• fees are charged in advance unless stated otherwise
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• refunds are not guaranteed unless required by New Zealand law

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, content, and design, are owned by or licensed to Forge.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

• Forge is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss
• Forge does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• use of the Service is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
